United Maintenance, Inc. is a full-service HVAC design, installation and service company based in Atlanta, Georgia, providing outstanding products and trusted service to commercial, industrial, institutional and government entities for more than 40 years. From engineering, design and installation to state-of-the-art controls, monitoring and 24-hour servicing, UMI has established itself as an industry leader in the commercial HVAC space by providing consistent, excellent and trustworthy service to our customers over the years. We are still owned and operated by our founder, Pat Rogers, who holds the company to the same standards of excellence and integrity under which UMI was first established in 1974.
Growing from small beginnings as a local family company, UMI currently employs several dozen people, including 35 highly trained technicians and an in-house engineer with more than 20 years of experience. We have also expanded our reach to offer state-of-the-art automation and control services for HVAC systems, housed in a separate division, United Green Building Solutions (UGBS). Even with this growth, United Maintenance continues to maintain a friendly family atmosphere, guided by the principles of trust, honesty and excellence.
