Cleanroom Designs
United Maintenance Inc has Cleanroom options available to meet your specific needs and for a wide range of budgets. We offer three types of Cleanroom construction, all of which are built to ISO/TC209, Compounding Pharmacies USP 797 and GMH standards.
Modular Cleanrooms - Our Modular Cleanrooms are perfect for any situation where you need more room to work in without giving up the flexibility of a Softwall Cleanroom. The walls of a Modular Cleanroom can be removed to allow for placement of the room, expansion or the movement of large pieces of equipment. The modular walls can be constructed from steel, aluminum or PVC. The ceiling system is gasketed and can be built from PVC or anodized aluminum depending on budget. The floor is usually an epoxy coating, solid vinyl or aluminum composite for raised access. This type of Cleanroom can be designed with a variety of floor plans, showers and environmental controls to fit any situation.
Softwall Cleanrooms - Our Softwall Cleanrooms are designed for smaller applications and you can easily alter their position within a larger space. There are multiple sizes and configurations that use vinyl strips as curtains ranging in thickness from .20 mil to.80 mil. The rigid frames are available in anodized aluminum or epoxy painted steel and the smallest are fitted with casters for extra maneuverability. These rooms can be fitted with various modules including: HEPA or ULPA fan filters and temperature controlled HVAC systems as well as sealed light fixtures and ceiling tiles. Most standard sizes will ship within 2 to 4 weeks.
Built-In-Place Cleanrooms - A Untied Maintenance Built-In-Place Cleanroom is constructed to be a permanent contamination free environment. This often includes FDA inspected cGMP facilities, laboratories appropriate for the life sciences and bio-pharmaceutical industries. Construction methods and features can include an epoxy coating on the walls, floors and ceilings, modified mechanical systems, process piping and final filtration.
