This project consisted of laboratory and clean room space for specialty projects in the microelectronics industry.

United Maintenance designed, installed and commissioned:

3,000 sq. ft class 100 clean room with 275 air changes/hour
100 Ton refrigeration piping circuit
Low pressure steam boiler and piping
Sheet metal duct system
