Our mechanics average 10 years experience and many have been with UMI for over 15 years. And with our in-house technical support group, averaging over 25 years with UMI and 30+ years in the business, no system is too complex.
Our clients demand top quality and we deliver! UMI technicians receive certified training in the classroom as well as on site experience in design, engineering and installation of the latest in HVAC equipment and controls. All of our technicians are EPA certified for handling of refrigerants ensuring respect for and protection of our planet.
In addition to cell phones, each service technician has a hand held computer utilizing a wireless network to speed both dispatching and billing. Soon this system will allow our customers to view the progress of work orders on-line. We are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Installation of high efficiency filters.
Visual inspection for leaks, vibration, and noise.
Chech condensate drain condition
Lubricate all motors and bearings as needed.
Check condenser coils.
Remove debris from within unit.
