This project required design / build capabilities of a new building to house our Clean Rooms and support facilities, and consisted of Class 10,000, and Class 100,000 Clean Rooms with temperature and humidity control.
Designed and installed complete system including:
- Constant volume air handling units
- High purity steam piping
- Chilled water piping
- Hot water piping
- Vacuum piping
- DDC control system
