For facilities that require a full replacement of their current HVAC system, or for installation within new constructions, United Maintenance, Inc. has the experience and expertise to design and build a heating/cooling system to the most exacting specifications and demanding standards. Our engineers and technicians can customize any system to fit any type of structure, any budget and any certification. No project is too big or small, and no logistical challenge too great.
Designing your HVAC system
During the design phase, our engineering team uses the latest editions of cutting-edge software programs like AutoCAD and Carrier HAP to create an HVAC system design that meets and exceeds the customer’s expectations for performance and efficiency, taking into account such factors as the facility’s structure, infrastructure, temperature zone requirements, IAQ requirements and more. We’ll also determine such logistics as where and how the build will take place (ie., on-site or off-site assembly, building into the structure, etc.). UMI believes the more preparation we conduct at this stage, the fewer unexpected problems we’ll have to resolve during the actual build, and the greater the odds of getting it right with little impact to your productivity.
The build stage
Once the design is complete and an implementation strategy devised, the build stage begins. Our technicians are highly skilled in carrying out the plans of the engineers, but they are also expert on-site problem solvers. When the unexpected occurs during installation, we are known for finding effective solutions that others miss. As necessary, our engineers also remain involved in the installation, completing any redesigns that might be required during the build stage.
Whatever the size or scope of your HVAC installation project, United Maintenance has the technology, resources and skilled team of experts to design and build a system that meets your company’s budgetary, performance and efficiency needs—and with more than 40 years of experience in the HVAC space, we also have the trusted expertise to make sure the job is done right the first time.
